The dimension 1.125 should be shown as a Horizontal dimension to fully position the vertical line. See the image below.

Shut off surfaces does not populate all edges from the supplied part. This option no longer works as it did in previous version of SOLIDWORKS. The Fillet4 should be deleted in order for this exercise to work. Alternatively, if you wish to keep the Fillet4 in the model, simply select all edges of the other holes manually.

In the drawing for selecting the bends, the numbers for 7 and 8 should be swapped. The selection order for the figure shown should be 1,2,3,4,5,6,8,7.

Second to last sentence. When the Tear option is selected, you no longer need to enter the .50 relief ratio.

Step 7 should say "Adding a .060in fillet," which is correctly shown in the figure and provided later in the instructions.
